- Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for a Mobile Support Exec to work for our expanding client based in NW11. They have three retail branches in the UK and are committed to servicing their customers UK and international travel needs.
This role requires someone to be responsible for fine tuning and completing all sales leads passed on by phone or email. You will handle mobile support, connections, faults and all other mobile enquiries. Ideally you will have strong administration skills, excellent communication skills and able to work in a high pressure environment with exceptional attention to detail.
Key duties:
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Offer mobile support and solutions to client requests via telephone and email
Respond to all mobile enquiries in a timely manner and escalate where appropriate
Update and input client information and contracts into online portals
Analysing mobile tariffs
Communicate with different internal departments
Some ad-hoc and administrative duties
Key Responsibilities:

Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and prioritise work load
Proficient in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
