- Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant, to work for our expanding client based in NW11.
The successful individual will provide a high level of customer service, and will be responsible for all retail sales activities, from initial first point of contact, through to close of sale whilst maintaining future relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the branch
Establish customer requirements
Advise customers by providing additional information on products or services (via phone, e-mail and face to face)
Help customers make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and cross sell products and services
Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered
Maintain a presentable retail work environment and professional space
Be polite and provide excellent customer service at all times
"Go the extra mile" to drive sales
This position will require adhoc Sunday and Bank Holiday working.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a sales associate
Interest in technology and telecommunications
Be proficient in English. Other languages will be of benefit in this role, but are not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service driven
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Take initiative, be able to prioritise and be a good team player
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
