- Lloyd Recruitment Service are delighted to be supporting our client, who are looking for an HR Manager to join their organisation.
Working in a twelve-month maternity contract, the successful individual will be required to support the Head of People & Culture, by delivering and managing pro-active customer focused operational HR support services across three businesses.
Responsible for multiple projects, the successful individual will need to have proven experience working in an ever-changing and fast paced environment, and able to stay motivated and focused.
This position is based in Surrey, however will involve and require travel to Hampshire and central London.

Essential experience:
Minimum five years HR experience at senior level
Experience gained from within the private sector
Strong line management, training and development of direct reports
Knowledge of current UK employment legislation
Working within a high-volume HR Department, in a generalist role
Proven track record of forming strong partnerships with business managers
Experience of dealing with disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues
Strong line management skills
Must have car licence
Desirable experience:
Knowledge of job evaluation practices
Experience of creating and using HR Analytics
Has implemented or been involved in the implementation of payroll / new systems / new benefits etc. at a previous company
IR35 / SMCR / GDPR regulatory experience
Psychometric support tools, such as Facet 5, Hogan, SDI, etc.
