Are you only looking to work part-time (20 hours) a week?
Are you able to commit to 2-3 days a week in the office based in SE16?
Can you start immediately?
Our client based in SE16, are looking to recruit a part time Payroll Coordinator to work alongside the Financial Controller.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the monthly payroll activities for 2 sites owned by the group - approx. 150 people (permanent, "O" hour and casual staff).
Taking responsibility for the accurate processing onto the in-house database (XERO) to meet cut off deadlines (SAGE and ADP system experience could be considered, as cross training is available).
Responsibilities
Accurately reviewing and processing in line with agreed company policies and procedures
Ability to compare and check data from different sources.
Work within specific deadlines and as part of a team ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Assisting with telephone queries when required
Ability to work under pressure on your own or as part of a team
Experience
Previous Payroll experience
XERO, SAGE, ADP system experience
Accurate data and numerical entry skills
Microsoft Excel (for payroll file maintenance)
Positive and hands on attitude
Problem and query solver
Confident communicator (dealing with Managers)
