Lloyd Recruitment are delighted to be working with this specialist company who are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services professional to support their retail and administration teams.
 
This is an exciting and varied pivotal customer service and administration role with an array of responsibilities. Plenty of opportunities for long term career progression.
 
 
The Role
  • First point of contact for incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Managing the divisions production and delivery schedules
  • Customer Service dealing with enquiries
  • Pricing customer’s projects and invoicing
  • Maintaining the overall smooth running from the office
  • Building long term relationships with customers
 
Key Requirements 
  • An enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail who can use their initiative to develop this
exciting role
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills – Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Able to work on own and as part of a team
  • Must have own transport
