Due to the sustained growth and expansion of the business, they are now looking to welcome a junior office administrator to the head office team, to assist in the management and maintenance of business activities.
Salary £18k - £22k DOE

Role and responsibilities:
The role of junior office administrator will be to support the day to day running of the head office, through the performance of a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to the company managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and maintaining our company’s general administrative activities.
Providing administrative support to managers and employees
Assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities
Maintaining office and store area cleanliness and organisation
Answer and direct phone calls
Compilation and construction of email correspondence, memos, letters and forms
Assist in the preparation of reports
Manage and maintain in house filing systems
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain company contact lists/records
Receive, Sign-for and organise goods in to the office
Preparing, packing and posting certificates
Act as the point of contact for suppliers, visitors and external customer enquiries
Liaise with senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Personal specification:
Organised and methodical
Basic GCSE Grade A-C/Level 4+ in Maths and English.
Experience with working on computers and Microsoft packages, including basic understanding of word, excel and outlook
Strong communication skills
Good telephone skills
Excellent time management
Ability to work quickly and accurately within tight deadlines
Attention to detail
Effective, reliable team member
Show initiative
Ability to prioritise tasks
The role will be full time, with initial working hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
On successful completion of the 6-month probation period, the hours will become 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, in order to maximise office coverage.
Working location: The junior office administrator will work within a small friendly team in the DSW Head office.
