Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be supporting our client, a very established and successful company based in Chessington, with their search for a Team Administrator to join their busy Sales Support Team.
This is a busy role, within a small, friendly and hardworking team of 6, and will involve the following duties:
Handling calls from customers, processing orders and dealing with enquiries
Assisting customers with their selection and ordering
Account managing a number of assigned accounts, ensuring they are provided with the highest levels of customer service
Giving quotations and providing samples to new customers
Taking responsibility for administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous experience within a telephone based B2B Customer Service focused environment
Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in MS Office packages and the ability to learn and use multiple systems
Previous experience of supervising a team and managing their day to day workload
Confident and professional manner, both on the telephone and face to face
Commitment to providing high levels of Customer Service and exceeding customers’ expectations
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
8.00am to 4.00pm
