- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be assisting our client a leading trade supplier, in their search to expand their Customer Service Sales Administrator team in Purley. They have re-structured internally, and introduced more tasks and duties - bringing more variety to the role, and also opportunities for future movement internally rather than leaving.
Due to the changes, we are able to consider candidates with a min of 6 months+ customer services experience, showing the promise and keenness to learn and develop. The role is varied and fast paced, with emphasis on looking after all aspects of the customers’ requirements, maintaining long-standing account relations, whilst providing exceptional customer service at all stages.
Training:
There is detailed induction training providing you with the basics of the industry and products, but they also run a training academy, which covers all aspects of their industry and product range in more depth - completion of both areas will also provide you with the chance to increase your basic salary in line with your improved areas and levels of expertise.
Duties will include:
Assisting customers with inbound telephone and email, messaging and online chat enquiries
Processing inbound sales orders
Preparing quotes for customers
Providing excellent customer service with returns and deliveries queries
Maintaining long term relationships to maximise sales opportunities
Assisting clients in pricing comparisons to improve saving options against their accounts

Enthusiastic, and genuinely looking for a career path, rather than just a stop gap job.
Friendly personality and able to win clients over the phone with a first class service
Exceptional communication both written and vocal
Confident liaising with senior level clients, engineers and colleagues from other business areas
Strong organisation and planning skills
Commercial acumen
High level of initiative and able to work independently
Benefits:
On top of your basic salary, there is a monthly bonus based on performance in relation to KPI’s. Company pension scheme, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), + additional day for each 2 years worked and an extra day for your birthday!
