- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare excited to be working alongside a recognised name in the health and well-being sector, in their search for two Regional Resourcing Managers, to strengthen their corporate resourcing team further.
Due to expansion, we are looking for:
1 to cover the South East
1 to cover Central London
As you’ll be travelling a lot during the course of the week, you’ll need a car if applying for the South East role.
You’ll be planning your own working week, overseeing between 60-80 vacancies at any one time, with the support of your Resourcing Managers, Coordinators and Administrators at their offices in Epsom and Dorking (you will be required to visit either office at last once a week to update the team, and also fellow RRM’s.
Ideally, we are targeting individuals from an in-house environment, confident liaising with stakeholders and hiring managers from within your given business areas, managing the full vacancy lifecycle.
Your target will be to reduce vacancies across your business area, introduce and oversee innovate ways to improve your team performance and develop individuals’ skills to enable them to meet their expectations.
