Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading international organisation, in their search for someone to join them as a Workload Coordinator.

The focus of the team is to gather information from 3 sites worldwide, checking it’s correctly allocated against business functions and within internal guidelines and timescales.



You’ll need to be highly advanced in the use of Excel and reporting as these two areas will enable you to settle into the role quickly.



Combining the above with a technical aptitude to quickly learn regulations and quality standards, ability to operate systems/technologies, problem solve, multi task and finally oversee and ensure compliance within strict timescales will be extremely beneficial.



Main duties will include:





  • Review and interpret data to establish the system/tools required to be populated and assign to Data Associates.


  • Monitor assigned regional workload and due dates through to completion.


  • Perform monthly and adhoc compliance report reviews and coordinate any remediation activities.


  • Produce country and regional reports as required for managers.


Training and Education Preferred



  • Advanced skills in MS Word/Outlook/PowerPoint


  • Highly Advanced skills in MS Excel & Reporting


  • Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail


  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to work with autonomy and/or part of a team in a busy environment


  • Experience from working in a highly regulated setting




Qualifications





  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly regulated environment


  • Project Management experience


  • Data analysis/root cause analysis experience


  • Data reporting and advance skills with data tools, e.g. SPOTFIRE


  • Bachelor degree - in Business or Information Technology would be advantageous
