- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Associate, to work for a client near Canterbury.
You will be responsible for supporting the provision of shared payroll services to all businesses across the UK, working closely with HR, all other departments and company employees to ensure that all runs smoothly for each division.
An AAT or CIPP qualification (or career equivalent) will be required, as you’ll be required to support the existing team and provide technical expertise across the business, including report writing and training where necessary and involvement in budgeting for trustee advisor costs. You’ll be responsible for processing payments and deductions necessary for monthly payroll, rectifying errors and applying legislation where necessary.
Qualification / experience required:
Previous experience and proven skills within Payroll, Pensions, Finance or HR Management
AAT or CIPP Diploma / demonstrated capability via evidence of career experience
Previous experience of working in Payroll / Compensation / Finance related department within a larger organisation, including reconciling accounts
Strong Microsoft Excel experience – ability to provide analysis / reports as required for the team and wider network of divisions
Any experience of PeopleSoft previously would be a distinct advantage to your applications
Ability to work in a team of colleague and customer focused professionals, with tight deadlines and minimal error ratios a must
