Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to join a leading events company based in East Grinstead.

 

Ideally the candidate will have experience within B2B Sales. Sitting within the Delegate Sales team the Delegates Sales Executive will have an exciting role, working closely with the both the Events division and the wider Sales team.

 

Primary responsibilities will be to sell Delegate Spaces to senior decision makers at leading conferences. This will involve liaising with the conference producers and wider events team in order to maximise profitability and attendance at events.  

 

Responsibilities will include:

 



  • Calling decision makers to engage interest and achieve high levels of delegate admission to cross-brand events


  • Updating and fully utilising CRM system to ensure timely and efficient sales calls


  • Developing Stakeholder relationships across the businessto ensure opportunities are maximised


  • Gathering and analysing data to inform future lead generation activities


  • Following an effective sales process to develop exceptional client relationships


  • Working on various projects and successfully selling events to meet KPI's and revenue goals


  • Developing knowledge of events to confidently present the features and benefits of attending


  • Developing the approach to sales calls, adapting to the target client, their needs and challenges in order to add value and present relevant, powerful and compelling information and opportunities.

Salary of £23K - £25K plus comms
