- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare excited to partner up with an established company in their search for a Client Support and Team Administrator for the busy office in GU6.
If you’re successful in being offered the chance to join the team, you’ll be carrying out a dual role of administration tasks and client account activities. We are therefore looking for someone keen to take responsibility for their own personal workload, but also help the team out to complete tasks to reach deadlines.
You’ll be an accurate worker, with a strong eye for detail, someone who enjoys taking on new challenges, enjoy liaising over the phone and keeping records updated, customer focused and able to encourage and grow relationships with clients.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support the MD and Senior Account Manager with a variety of administrative tasks and arranging corporate events.
Take responsibility for / be the clients point of contact for all account management actions and queries.
Manage small client accounts with duties such as day to day correspondence either by phone, email or in person.
Be responsible for carrying out client requests, e.g. system set up, product despatch, stock reporting and data input.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good use and understanding of Microsoft Office
Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential
Database confident - they have their own bespoke system, and full training will be provided, but the ability to pick up new systems is ideal.
Due to the location of the company, you will need to be a driver / vehicle owner – free parking is offered.
