- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in the East Grinstead area who are currently looking for a temporary Marketing Administrator to join their team.
This is initially an ongoing temporary booking.
Duties for this role will include
Social media
Exhibitor welcome tweets
Mass social media scheduling Exhibitors
Logo/profile chasing
Client contacts
Enquiry management
Mail merges/1 to 1 emailing/calling
Exhibitor mailings i.e. welcome packs etc.
Website Agenda updates
Speaker bios/profiles
Page amends etc.
Contras
Deliverables (management of deliverables on both sides)
Chasing contras
Signing up new contras and acting as a liaison
Sales team support
Ad hoc sales team tasks (as specified by marketing only)
Show guide
Hands on support for show guide creation and chasing
Budget management
Updating of budget sheet
Managing invoices
In order to qualify for the role you must have a solid administration background.
The role is to start week commencing 11th February
Hourly Rate up to £11P/H
Office Hours are: Monday- Friday 9:00am – 17:00am
