- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in the East Grinstead area who are currently looking for a temporary Marketing Administrator to join their team.
This is initially an ongoing temporary booking.
Duties for this role will include
- Social media
- Exhibitor welcome tweets
- Mass social media scheduling Exhibitors
- Logo/profile chasing
- Client contacts
- Enquiry management
- Mail merges/1 to 1 emailing/calling
- Exhibitor mailings i.e. welcome packs etc.
- Website Agenda updates
- Speaker bios/profiles
- Page amends etc.
- Deliverables (management of deliverables on both sides)
- Chasing contras
- Signing up new contras and acting as a liaison
- Sales team support
- Ad hoc sales team tasks (as specified by marketing only)
- Show guide
- Hands on support for show guide creation and chasing
- Budget management
- Updating of budget sheet
- Managing invoices
In order to qualify for the role you must have a solid administration background.
The role is to start week commencing 11th February
Hourly Rate up to £11P/H
Office Hours are: Monday- Friday 9:00am – 17:00am
