Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in the East Grinstead area who are currently looking for a temporary Marketing Administrator to join their team.

This is initially an ongoing temporary booking.

Duties for this role will include  
 
  • Social media
  • Exhibitor welcome tweets
  • Mass social media scheduling Exhibitors
  • Logo/profile chasing
  • Client contacts  
  • Enquiry management
  • Mail merges/1 to 1 emailing/calling
  • Exhibitor mailings i.e. welcome packs etc.
  • Website Agenda updates
  • Speaker bios/profiles
  • Page amends etc.
  • Contras
  • Deliverables (management of deliverables on both sides)
  • Chasing contras
  • Signing up new contras and acting as a liaison
  • Sales team support
  • Ad hoc sales team tasks (as specified by marketing only)
  • Show guide
  • Hands on support for show guide creation and chasing
  • Budget management
  • Updating of budget sheet
  • Managing invoices
 
In order to qualify for the role you must have a solid administration background.
 
The role is to start week commencing 11th February

Hourly Rate up to £11P/H

Office Hours are: Monday- Friday 9:00am – 17:00am
