Lloyd recruitment services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in Lingfield. There is currently a requirement for a Telesales / Business Development Executive to join their team.
This is initially a 4 – 6 week temporary booking but could go on longer. Down the line, there could be the opportunity for this role to turn permanent.
Key responsibilities:
• Calling companies to discuss products on offer
• Encouraging companies to book an appointment to meet a member of the field sales team
• Following up on sent campaigns
• Cold calls
• Account management
• Making high volumes of calls
Key attributes:
• Must be confident on the phone and making high volumes of calls
• Must be able to adapt approach to different businesses
• Remain calm under pressure
• Will be resilient
• Team player
• Be target driven
• Ideally a minimum of 6 -12 months within a telesales role or proven cold calling experience
This role sits within a sales team that have a very collaborative approach to their work.
This role will split its time supporting field sales managers in 2 different regions booking in appointments for them to discuss further and close sales.
Hourly rate of up to £13 per hour DOE
