Based: Woking/Guildford area
I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established, highly reputed firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
Applicants must have a genuine interest in working within the financial services industry and should be prepared to study towards industry renowned professional qualifications as part of their professional development.

The administrator’s role is to provide full administrative support to the advisers and paraplanners. The main duties include:
- Sending out Advisory letters and enclosures
- Composing Asset Allocation spreadsheets
- Answering and dealing with client queries
- Scanning meeting notes and creating diary entries on 1st Software
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing post
- New client administration/onboarding
- Ensuring all client information is correctly recorded on 1st Software system
- Producing valuations and carrying out quarterly and annual reviews
Applicants must have a minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English, the client will also consider graduates.
Any experience gained within the financial services arena would be adventurous however the client would like to see some general administrative experience as a minimum. A genuine interest in the pensions and investment arena is essential, as is the motivation and commitment to achieve professional qualifications.
The successful candidate will possess first class communication skills (both written and spoken), be highly conscientious, well organised and have a keen eye for detail, and able to work both in a team environment and on their own initiative.
