Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover front of house duties to an international company based in central Bracknell.

 

Dates required (21st-28th September):

Friday - 21st September (for training / hand over)

Monday – Friday 24th – 28th September

 

Key Responsibilities:



  • Front of house duties including greeting clients and visitors and informing the appropriate person of their arrival.


  • Managing security / registration of visitors


  • Operating the switchboard to receive incoming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate person


  • Assistance with various other administrative tasks


Requirements:



  • Previous experience of working within a customer service role


  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner     


  • Excellent communication skills


  • Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.


  • IT literate – Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
