- Lloyd Recruitment have a fantastic job opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established and reputable leading engineering company based in East Grinstead.
Office hours 9am till 5pm and onsite parking
Main responsibilities
Taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and direct calls appropriately
Dealing with all deliveries, filing and checking all corresponding paperwork
Updating and maintaining the day book, inputting invoice details
Data entry within Excel
General office administration
Sorting post
Experience and skills required:
Experience within an administration and receptionist position (ideally in a sales environment, but not essential)
Excellent IT, including Excel and Word
Professional telephone manner with excellent face-to-face interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve problems in the absence of colleagues
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills are required and experience implementing office systems and procedures
Resilient, professional, highly organised and structured with a can do attitude that shines through with their flexible, adaptability and demonstrates a strong customer focus
Salary up to £23K DOE
