Lloyd Recruitment Services are urgently seeking an Administrator to work in a corporate HR department of an international organisation to start on Monday, 16th July to Friday 7th September inclusive.
Ideally you will have gained experience from within an HR or Recruitment environment, and happy to provide administrative support to senior members of the team, and ensure that things run smoothly.
On a daily basis you’ll be liaising with internal and external contacts (verbally and in writing), so you’ll be using your communication skills to their fullest. Experience in working with Microsoft applications – Word, Excel and Outlook are a must as you’ll be updating employee files, issuing offer letters, checking Right To Work, DBS and following through on references.
