Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to present a Part Time Administrator (20 hrs) opportunity to be based at our clients Battersea (SW8) office.



You will be required to work 20 hours a week, however the manner in which this is worked is still open for discussion to suit the right candidate.



Salary £10,000 - £11,000 Per Annum



Purpose:



The Administrator is responsible for providing support and clerical services to the team, including supporting the placement of Purchase Orders.



The Role:





  • Working within guidelines of the group procurement policy.


  • Producing purchase orders based on purchase order request.


  • Maintain administration processes and procedures as well as the central filing system


  • Collate all necessary paperwork and issue copies as appropriate to colleagues and clients


  • Liaise daily with Projects Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors where required, to ensure individual needs and requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently




The ideal candidate:





  • Previous experience within a similar administration role


  • Significant experience in a customer service type role, dealing directly with the public


  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills


  • Experience of high volume / high pressure environments
