- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to present a Part Time Administrator (20 hrs) opportunity to be based at our clients Battersea (SW8) office.
You will be required to work 20 hours a week, however the manner in which this is worked is still open for discussion to suit the right candidate.
Salary £10,000 - £11,000 Per Annum
Purpose:
The Administrator is responsible for providing support and clerical services to the team, including supporting the placement of Purchase Orders.
The Role:
Working within guidelines of the group procurement policy.
Producing purchase orders based on purchase order request.
Maintain administration processes and procedures as well as the central filing system
Collate all necessary paperwork and issue copies as appropriate to colleagues and clients
Liaise daily with Projects Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors where required, to ensure individual needs and requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience within a similar administration role
Significant experience in a customer service type role, dealing directly with the public
Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
Experience of high volume / high pressure environments
