- Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working on a fantastic opportunity within one of our longest standing clients at their modern offices based in Dorking.
The client is an international insurer, and you’ll be working within their expanding Broker Services Support Team, who are responsible for ensuring all aspects of policy administration are completed within agreed time scales and meet quality standards.
The Role:
Working as part of a busy broking team, you’ll be responsible for handling both new and existing broker quotations, inputting details on the in-house system, and liaising with all parties to ensure that all runs as smoothly as possible, within agreed timescales and industry standards.
Once trained, you’ll be confidently managing the following tasks:
Incoming requests from clients - preparing and set up quotes
Produce and distribute new business documents
Maintain relationships with all parties, to ensure retention of existing business
Deal with any day to day enquiries over the phone and via email

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, also offering a competitive benefits package and excellent facilities.
