- Lloyd Recruitment Services are thrilled to be able to offer this exciting 3 month contract with one of their longest standing clients in Dorking.
You’ll be working alongside a very experienced employee, assisting them in organising and coordinating an annual event for over 300 staff to be held late September, which is an all-day event.
The role will enable you to jump in at this exciting stage, with the venue secured, you’ll be assisting with all elements, including agenda copy/checking, delegate lists, dietary requirements, etc.. this role will call upon your excellent organisation and coordination skills, as well as the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels across multiple sites - face to face, over the phone and email. The ability to record accurate information, and the confidence to follow up on outstanding information to ensure that deadlines are met.
GCSE’s in English and Mathematics (or equivalent) are desirable, previous use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a requirement to enable you to hit the ground running, and full training will be provided on their in-house database systems.
