- Description
- My Client based in Chessington are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator /Administrator, with an energetic and professional outlook - looking to make a long-term move into a small local company.
 
 Purpose of Job:
 
 To work within the Sales Logistics & Warehouse team, to ensure Customer Orders are processed efficiently and effectively as well as supporting Customers and Sales throughout the lifecycle of a project.
 
 
 Order Management
 Forecasting
 Shipment planning
 Project Reviews
 Accounts Administration
 Support Warehouse team during busy periods
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills Required:
 
 
 Proactive with exceptional organisational skills
 Able to prioritise and work under pressure in a small team setting
 Maintain a positive, customer focused outlook even when under pressure or busy.
 Familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel.
 Excellent telephone manner and ability to follow up on associated paperwork.
