Marketing & Events Assistant
Location: East Grinstead area
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Are you a creative, organised individual looking to develop your career in marketing, communications and events? Lloyd Recruitment Services is working on a fantastic opportunity for our client, offering the chance to join a well-established organisation in a varied role covering marketing, events, communications, fundraising and relationship management.
This would suit a recent graduate or a candidate who has a couple years of some relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting marketing, PR and communications activities.
- Creating and updating social media content and website information.
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of events.
- Supporting fundraising initiatives and relationship management.
- Maintaining databases and CRM records.
- Providing general administrative and project coordination support.
- Responding to enquiries and helping ensure the smooth running of activities.
About You:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
- Creative, with an interest in marketing, communications and events.
- Confident using social media and digital platforms.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Media or a related subject would be beneficial, but relevant experience and transferable skills will also be considered.
