We are assisting our client in their search for a very experienced administrator and coordinator, to assist with managing a number of busy clinics for their Horley based site.

You will be the first point of contact for visitors – face to face and over the phone, and ensuring that their, and the consultants appointments run smoothly, efficiently and on time.

A typical day will be very administrative based, from meeting and introducing them to the consultant or their nurses, to managing the medical notes produced and uploading onto the system and sending the reports onto relevant parties.

You will need experience in a similar role (medical or healthcare background would be extremely beneficial) to enable you to hit the ground running.
