Location: Tunbridge Wells


Salary: £32,000 (DOE)


Contract: Permanent, Full-time


Working Days: Monday to Friday


Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a growing business in Tunbridge Wells that is looking for an experienced Scheduler to join its team.


This is a varied and fast-paced role, coordinating a team of field-based engineers across London and the South East. You will be responsible for managing schedules, appointments and workloads, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing an excellent level of customer service to a portfolio of high-end clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Schedule and coordinate field-based engineers

  • Manage diaries, appointments and workloads

  • Plan and organise daily and monthly schedules

  • Monitor appointments and follow up on outstanding work

  • Liaise with clients and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Manage changing priorities and respond to urgent requirements

  • Provide a professional and high level of customer service

  • Handle client queries and complaints, working to find effective solutions

  • Keep the management team updated on any issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and efficiency


About You



  • Previous scheduling, coordination or administration experience

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident dealing with clients and field-based teams

  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, flexible and able to use your own initiative

  • Strong customer service skills
