Project Coordinator
Portsmouth (Hybrid – 2 days from home)
12-month Fixed Term Contract
25 hours per week (spread across 5 days)

Would you be interested in working within a very busy IT & Business Change Team?
This position will give you the opportunity to support and help deliver a number of improvement projects over the next 12 mths.
It’ll definitely use your advanced administration and communication skills to their fullest potential. Ensuring that all projects will have clean communication & training plans, and associated documentation to roll out into the wider business when required.
You’ll be key to ensuring that your colleagues and business areas pinpointed for improvements are kept updated with all project stages. This will include department impact assessments, liaising with Learning and Development team to minimise any potential downtime issues during implementation. Monitoring project success measures and potential risks.
Key skills required:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Confident working with people at all levels of the business.
- A proactive problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- Understanding of business change or project delivery is desirable.
- Knowledge of IT systems and business operations is beneficial.
