About the Role
We are looking for a creative, commercially focused Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing B2B services business based in Camberley.
This is a standalone marketing role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, support the sales team, and increase brand awareness across multiple channels.
Working closely with the commercial team, you'll manage everything from email marketing and social media to website content, CRM campaigns, analytics, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics and marketing automation tools.
- Plan and manage engaging social media content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Create marketing material using Canva and other design tools.
- Support the sales team by generating and nurturing high-quality B2B leads.
- Manage and update website content to improve engagement and SEO performance.
- Produce blogs, case studies, newsletters, and customer communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on marketing KPIs.
- Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns across digital channels.
- Maintain CRM data and support customer marketing initiatives.
- Work with external suppliers where required, including designers, printers, and web developers.
- Ensure all marketing activity reflects the company's brand and commercial objectives.
About You
You'll be a proactive marketer who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of the full marketing function.
You'll have:
- At least 3 years' digital marketing experience.
- Previous experience within a B2B service-based business.
- Strong email marketing and CRM experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)
- Good working knowledge of Canva (desirable)
- Excellent social media marketing skills, particularly LinkedIn.
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Experience analysing campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
