Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a growing care provider seeking an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join their team.
This is a key role supporting the smooth running of care services, combining rota coordination, compliance, communication, and operational support within a regulated care environment.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe and effective care delivery
- Act as a key contact for service users, families, and care staff
- Maintain accurate care records, scheduling systems, and documentation
- Support safeguarding by identifying and escalating concerns appropriately
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews
- Monitor service performance and escalate issues to management
- Respond to absences or emergencies to maintain continuity of care
- Support onboarding, training, and general administrative duties
- Communicate rota updates and service changes clearly and promptly
- Contribute to audits, inspections, and compliance activity
- Participate in the shared out-of-hours on-call rota
About You:
- Experience in care coordination or a similar health & social care role
- Level 2/3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm, confident and compassionate communicator
- Comfortable using digital care systems and basic reporting tools
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Full UK driving licence essential
