Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a growing care provider seeking an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to join their team.


This is a key role supporting the smooth running of care services, combining rota coordination, compliance, communication, and operational support within a regulated care environment.


Key Duties:



  • Coordinate and maintain staff rotas to ensure safe and effective care delivery

  • Act as a key contact for service users, families, and care staff

  • Maintain accurate care records, scheduling systems, and documentation

  • Support safeguarding by identifying and escalating concerns appropriately

  • Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews

  • Monitor service performance and escalate issues to management

  • Respond to absences or emergencies to maintain continuity of care

  • Support onboarding, training, and general administrative duties

  • Communicate rota updates and service changes clearly and promptly

  • Contribute to audits, inspections, and compliance activity

  • Participate in the shared out-of-hours on-call rota


About You:



  • Experience in care coordination or a similar health & social care role

  • Level 2/3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience)

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Calm, confident and compassionate communicator

  • Comfortable using digital care systems and basic reporting tools

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Full UK driving licence essential
