We're on the lookout for a confident and professional individual to join our client’s dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the business consistently meets all policies and procedures.

While your attitude and approach are key in this role, our client is ideally looking for someone who can bring some relevant experience to the role, ideally within asset finance or a similar financial services environment.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional mindset will be essential to succeed here.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with underwriters and sales teams to ensure accurate processing of business in line with policies and deadlines.


• Review finance documents, calculate and verify rental profiles, rates, and commissions.


• Adhere to Governance and Compliance standards in all reporting and reviewing activities.


• Understand and administer all types of finance agreements on their inhouse platform.


• Prepare and process correct payments to suppliers, brokers, and customers.


• Ensure prompt delivery of customer welcome packs and manage direct debit mandates.


• Allocate cash receipts and process agreement settlements.


• Promote teamwork to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal individual:

• Experience within retail / hospitality.


• Keen eye for detail.


• Quick learner with strong judgment and decision-making skills.


• Excellent team working and communication skills.


• Business awareness and customer-focused approach.
