Location: Southwark, London
Salary: £26 - £28k DOE
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We’re currently working with a well‑established business seeking a confident and adaptable individual to join their Broker Support team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll support brokers and internal stakeholders by managing the end to end administration of business deals, working in a fast‑paced environment with strong guidance and a collaborative team around you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing business from proposal through to payout
- Responding to broker queries via email and phone
- Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales teams to progress deals
- Assisting in structuring complex deals
- Conducting KYC checks on customers
- Meeting funding requirements and running quotes for brokers
- Preparing necessary documentation in line with credit conditions
- Collaborating with underwriting, governance, payouts, and finance departments to progress deals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal teams

- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong multitasking skills focused on customer needs

- Problem-solving mindset to find solutions for brokers and customers
- Adaptability to evolving processes and willingness to assist other teams when needed
