Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with a leading IT support (MSP) company, seeking a proactive IT Engineer to join a growing technical team. This role would suit someone with who is looking to grow with a company, whilst being offered excellent training.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within a support desk or similar IT environment. Candidates will have experience across Microsoft 365 and Intune would be desirable.
In the role you will be offered on the job training across the companies’ complete service offerings and in turn will take ownership of client IT support issues, supporting users with confidence and contribute to ongoing modern workplace projects. You will be trusted to work across a variety of projects and become a key part of the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Managing tickets end-to-end, ensuring clear communication and thorough resolution.
- Supporting clients on-site with strong service focus.
- Working across Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Administering and maintaining Intune for device management, policies, and compliance.
- Assisting with Azure-based work, including identity, security, and platform administration.
- Contributing to cyber security improvements and maintaining good security hygiene across systems.
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years minimum IT experience in IT support or IT engineering.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Practical experience with Intune for device and policy management (desirable)
- Understanding of cyber security fundamentals and modern workplace best practice.
- Confident communicator who remains calm under pressure and delivers excellent service.
- Someone curious, motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office.
