Part-Time Role
- Salary: £18,180 pro rata (£30,300 FTE)
- Hours: 22.5 hours per week
- Contract: 12-month fixed term
- Location: Hybrid – Head Office (2 days in office, 1 day remote) with occasional UK travel
- Requirement: A clear DBS is essential for this role
About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and organised Youth Projects Coordinator to join our client and make a real difference in the lives of young people. In this role, you will provide essential support to their national operations through key administrative tasks, data analysis, and coordination.
You’ll play an active part in spreading their mission, including delivering engaging presentations to professionals who work with young people, and developing partnerships with youth-focused organisations. You will also provide ongoing support to their network of outreach staff, helping ensure projects run smoothly across the country.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and enthusiastic about supporting youth initiatives. You will be at the heart of their projects, helping to drive meaningful outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support national operations with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Gather, analyse, and distribute data to inform and support projects.
- Develop partnerships with organisations working with young people.
- Deliver engaging presentations to professionals supporting youth.
- Provide coordination and support to outreach staff across the UK.
- Assist in planning and implementing youth-focused projects and campaigns.
About You:
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting to groups of professionals.
- Enthusiastic about supporting young people and youth-focused initiatives.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to travel occasionally within the UK, including overnight stays.
