Remote (ideally Sussex / Surrey/Kent area for occasional meetups)

Conference Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and smooth delivery of conferences, awards, and networking events.


• Coordinate with venues, suppliers, and speakers to ensure every detail runs seamlessly.


• Manage logistics, communications, and event technology systems.


• Travel internationally to deliver outstanding on-site experiences.


• Represent the business at global trade events and exhibitions.

Conference Producer Requirements:

• Experience in event or conference management or a relevant degree.


• Strong communication and multitasking skills.


• Confidence using Microsoft Office and event management tools.


• A positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.


• Willingness to travel internationally several times a year.
