We’re looking for individuals who are ready to kick start their IT career, or for those already in a similar role who are hoping to take that next step.

Whether you’re a recent college / university graduate or you’ve been working in IT support for a while, this is a place where you’ll be trusted, trained and encouraged to grow.

This is not a high-pressure call centre / helpdesk environment here, just a close-knit, friendly team who genuinely enjoy what they do.

You’ll get to work across a variety of technologies and clients, meaning every day brings something different. And you won’t just be logging tickets, you’ll be learning, experimenting and building the foundations of a lasting career in tech.

A bit about you:

You’ll be the go-to person for day to day support queries, working across Office 365, networking and a range of other systems, all while being guided and supported by experienced colleagues who want to see you succeed.

What we’re looking for:

• Full UK driving licence + own vehicle (site not accessible by public transport)


• Great communicator with a people-first mindset


• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure


• Willing to do the occasional paid overtime when needed
