Internal Sales Administrator
Hours: 21 - 25 per week | Rate: £14 - 15 per hour | Permanent
Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly?
A well-established electronics supplier is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, enquiries, quotations, and sample requests promptly.
- Dispatch goods to meet customer deadlines and communicate any delays.
- Support external sales representatives with visit reports, quotes, and samples.
- Maintain accurate customer and marketing databases.
- Account manage a selection of key customers and be their main point of contact.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and email communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Team player with a positive approach to problem-solving.
