Role: Senior Sales Support Executive – Asset Finance
Salary: Up to £33k DOE

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales Support Executive, with proven asset finance experience and a track record of working directly with brokers to deliver outstanding results
You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic and growing finance company, managing deals from proposal to payout, structuring complex agreements and ensuring a seamless journey for brokers and customers.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage deals end to end, from proposal to payout
- Partner with brokers to structure complex or non-standard deals
- Liaise with underwriting, governance, finance, and payouts to keep deals moving
- Run quotes, conduct KYC checks, and prepare documentation to meet credit conditions
- Provide exceptional service, always putting brokers and customers first
- Support management in prioritising workloads and driving process improvements
What you’ll bring:
- Essential: Proven asset finance background and direct broker experience
- Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a ‘solutions first’ mindset
- Team-focused approach with a willingness to jump in where needed
