Senior Sales Support Executive
Salary: Up to £33k DOE

Do you have experience in asset finance, partnering with brokers to structure and manage complex deals from proposal through to payout?
Are you confident liaising with internal teams such as underwriting, governance, and finance to ensure smooth deal progression?
A young, growing, and well-established finance company is expanding its close-knit team. With a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service, our client plays a key role in helping entrepreneurs and SMEs access the funding they need to succeed.
Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Senior Sales Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing business processes from proposal through to payout
- Responding to broker queries via email and phone
- Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales teams to progress deals
- Assisting in structuring complex or non-standard deals
- Conducting KYC checks on customers
- Meeting funding requirements and running quotes for brokers
- Preparing documentation in line with credit conditions
- Collaborating with underwriting, governance, payouts, and finance departments to progress deals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and internal teams
- Championing excellent customer service at all times
- Supporting management with prioritisation and day-to-day workload coordination
- Leading or contributing to small-scale change and process improvement initiatives
- Offering support and guidance to team members for queries and development
