Brighton
£45-55k p/rata – dependent on experience
3 day week – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (office based)
Work pattern options: 8-4pm / 9-5pm
Starting: early September 2025
We are working with an industry award winning and employee focused organisation, in their search for a part time Office Coordinator and Manager.
This position is one of those sought after opportunities, where every day will be different. You’ll be the all-round fixer of things that crop up in a busy office on a day-to-day basis. From meeting clients and visitors, liaising regularly with the wider group offices, colleagues, stakeholders and clients, to organising hospitality and providing project and event support.
Experience in a busy office environment, the ability to juggle lots of small tasks and still stay calm when team deadlines are looming are all a must.
So, if you are someone who enjoys working in a busy fast paced environment, providing cross team support, blended with a very focused employee and client experience – including organising team lunches, celebrations and get togethers, we’d love to see your cv.
Please note: You must be able to start early September, to allow for a full hand-over with the existing job holder, who will be leaving on Maternity Leave early October.
