Join a friendly and professional team in Redhill, where you'll play a key role in delivering excellent client service across multiple channels. 

• Pay: £13.30 per hour (weekly pay)


• Contract: 6 Months (potential to extend)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers via phone, email and live chat


• Resolving enquiries efficiently and with care


• Updating internal systems accurately


• Collaborating with your team and wider departments to ensure smooth service

 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• A ‘customer first’ mindset with a proactive approach


• Comfortable working in a busy, fast moving environment


• Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential
