HR Advisor
Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide strategic and operational HR support to multiple branches across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in governance, compliance, and learning & development within a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Governance & Compliance
- Oversee and manage HR matters across all branches
- Support and guide local HR teams to ensure alignment with HR policies
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with Managers and HR teams to drive effective HR operations
Employment Law & Policy Development
- Stay up to date with UK employment law changes and assess their business impact
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide expert guidance on HR best practices to Managers and Employees
Learning & Development
- Identify development needs and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
- Monitor and evaluate training progress across all business units
- Source and negotiate with training providers to ensure the best solutions at the best price
- Keep Training & Development policies up to date
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a multi-site HR role (preferably international)
- Strong knowledge of European employment laws
- Ability to implement HR strategies and support operational HR activities
- Experience in learning & development and training program management
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
