What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality support via phone, email, and ticketing systems


• Resolve a wide range of IT issues while maintaining top client satisfaction


• Get involved in exciting projects and assist with client onboarding

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar


• Expertise in Windows (Active Directory), server management (Hyper-V, VMware), VDI (Citrix, RDS), networking (switches, firewalls), and backups (Veeam)


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
