- Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching, and mentoring the sales team, and working closely with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products/services to customers. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Manage and motivate a sales team to exceed targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Identify training needs and organize development sessions.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing for aligned product promotions.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
