- Salary: £13.30 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends or Bank Holidays, paid holiday
- Location: Redhill
- Contract: 3-month temporary, with potential for extension
Established in over 100 countries, our client is a leader in their field and are looking to expand their administration team.
Working initially on a 3 month temporary basis, you will be in charge of managing and administering occupational pension schemes, which includes the processing of new joiners, leavers and retiree’s.
Although an administrative focused position, the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner and will be happy to liaise with customers, clients and internal contacts over the phone, via email and via their online webchat services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through phone calls, letters, and emails, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Address queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Track workflow to ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Accurately perform manual calculations.
- Collaborate with the team on complex projects.
- Learn and understand the details of clients’ pension schemes.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
