Position: Production Supervisor
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday with alternative Saturdays
Lloyd Recruitment Service is partnering with a leading company in Forest Row to find an experienced Production Supervisor (heavy machinery) for their production team. This key position offers a dedicated professional the opportunity to significantly impact the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage processing machinery, including saws, planers, and moulders
- Oversee and manage the production schedule to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation
- Select stock for orders to be processed
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and procedures are strictly followed
Requirements:
- Recent, relevant experience in operating machinery is essential
- Forklift operation experience is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
