Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for confident individuals to work for our client based in Coulsdon in a busy customer service team.

This role will see you speaking to people who are in need of assistance or guidance and acting quickly to help them.

Monday to Friday, Paying £20,000 to £25,000

Duties will include:

• Liaising closely with customers via telephone.


• Updating the system and records for each customer.


• Budling strong relationships with both customers and third parties to ensure a positive outcome for all


• Working closely with team members to ensure overall team success.

Ideal candidate will:

• Previous experience within a call centre/customer service position


• Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong long-lasting relationships


• Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work


• Keen on self-development with the willingness and want to learn


• Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills
