Recruitment Consultant

Salary: DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Location: East Grinstead

What you will bring

• 12+ months of hands-on 360 recruitment experience
• Experience in identifying new business opportunities. Be the voice that opens doors over the phone and in person
• An ability to develop relationships. Make lasting connections with new and existing clients
• Previous experience of sourcing talent and top candidates
• Proven ability of working in a fast-paced environment
• Organised approach. Structure is your middle name!
• Commercially savvy, the want to earn great monthly commission
• Team player that can forge results together
