Business Support Coordinator
- Central Reigate location
- Up to £14 per hour
- 3 month temporary contract initially
Are you a confident and experienced Coordinator, hoping to join a friendly team. Based in our client’s modern, open-plan office, this role offers both challenges and rewards, ideal for enhancing your teamwork, administrative, and organisational skills.
Full training is provided, including an induction and ongoing personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management
- Travel arrangements
- Professional client liaison
- Meeting preparation and support
- Accurate and timely completion of timesheets and expenses
- Mailbox management
- Support on client contracting and internal project setup
- Maintenance of client management systems
Your Experience:
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Good understanding of Excel
- Strong customer service focus
- Solution-oriented
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
